Free shipping

Most products ship free to the contiguous United States. Mattresses, pillows and bedding are delivered via ground with no extra fees. Remote regions may require additional transit time.

In‑home setup

Select mattresses and adjustable bases qualify for complimentary in‑home setup in eligible zip codes. Our partner will deliver, assemble and remove packaging so you can rest sooner.

Order tracking

When your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. For multi‑item orders, shipments may arrive separately as soon as each item is ready.

How delivery works

  1. Processing

    Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your order is placed.

  2. Shipping

    Ground items ship via trusted carriers. Adjustable bases and some mattresses may ship via freight with scheduled delivery windows.

  3. Arrival

    Most ground shipments arrive within 3–7 business days after leaving the warehouse. Freight deliveries will contact you to schedule a day and time.

  4. Setup

    Place your mattress on a supportive base. Adjustable bases include simple assembly; in‑home setup is available for qualifying orders.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the contiguous United States. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO addresses is limited for select accessories.

Can I change my shipping address?

Before your order ships, contact support to request an address update. After shipment, carriers may offer limited address changes or pickup options.

Will my items arrive together?

To ship as fast as possible, items may ship separately as they become available. You’ll receive individual tracking for each package.

Do you offer white‑glove delivery?

Yes. In‑home setup is included on select mattress and base orders in eligible areas. Availability is shown at checkout after entering your zip code.
